    Three or more level thinking, well done digging into the topic. All the levels are connected. Not going to refer someone, or vouch for them if they are not capable or skilled to do the role. Regardless of their relationship to me. However, if they are capable and skilled, the network helps move them through, and if of high integrity, then all in to move them forward.
